The customer's requirements this time were the result of comprehensive consideration. We not only needed to meet their production capacity needs but also had to take into account the space limitations of their existing factory and the installation conditions of the feed production line. Firstly, our engineering team conducted an in-depth understanding of the customer's factory structure and dimensions through on-site surveys and precise measurements, determining the layout and installation plan for the production line.

To address the constraints of the factory's size, we meticulously designed a production line with a height of only 6.9 meters to ensure it could fit perfectly within the available space. Additionally, to maximize the utilization of underground space, we proposed a plan to dig a pit and place some equipment underground, reducing the footprint on the ground. This not only helped optimize the internal space utilization of the factory but also enhanced the stability and safety of the production line.

Furthermore, we conducted precise calculations and optimizations for the layout and placement of machinery and equipment to ensure that each device could be smoothly installed and maintained at appropriate working distances. We also provided detailed construction drawings and installation guidance to ensure a smooth installation process while meeting local safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Regarding the need for opening the roof, we communicated fully with the customer to ensure that the position and size of the opening perfectly matched the layout of the production line while also ensuring the structural stability and safety of the factory building. The customer expressed great satisfaction with our design, acknowledging that we not only considered their needs but also paid careful attention to detail in our design.
