TDTG Bucket Elevator Introduction

Bucket elevators are an important piece of equipment for simple vertical transportation, effectively used in process industries or in bulk storage facilities. It is widely used in the vertical lifting of granular and powdery materials in grain, oil, food, feed, chemical, and other industries.

Head: The main pulley adopts rubber-covering technology to increase the friction coefficient and improve the transmission efficiency; the height of the discharge section of the machine head is increased to prolong the discharge time. It is also equipped with an outlet regulating plate and a buffer chamber to effectively reduce the return of materials.

Housing: It adopts edge-to-edge machine-to-edge technology, which has high strength and good sealing performance; a balance tube is added to balance the pressure between the two shells of the fuselage.

Foot: The new shaft end sealing structure prevents dust leakage; the split structure of the bearing seat ensures the reliability of the machine.
